At Simplyhealth, I operated as a key strategic driver within the brand’s large-scale digital transformation, leading the modernisation, restructuring, and commercial alignment of all corporate social media ecosystems across both the Simplyhealth and Denplan brands.

My role centred on executing top-to-bottom channel rationalisation, dismantling siloed communications, and establishing rigorous, data-backed benchmarks and KPI frameworks to accurately measure content performance.

To guarantee unity across all corporate messaging, I founded and chaired a multi-department, collaborative content working group, ensuring that brand values, corporate culture, and strategic themes remained entirely consistent across all internal and external touchpoints.

Operating at a high level of corporate governance, I defined and programmed comprehensive communication strategies that protected and elevated the brand's market reputation. This involved authoring strategic blueprints and directly briefing executive leadership and departmental heads on upcoming communications programs. Furthermore, I managed high-profile, high-value corporate sponsorships and relationships with major national partner organisations, including the England Rugby Football Union (RFU).

By blending rigorous operational management with forward-thinking digital strategy, I successfully translated complex healthcare propositions into highly engaging, modern brand campaigns that resonated across diverse consumer and B2B audiences.

High-Visibility PR & Nationwide Campaigns

Twickenham TV & Billboard Campaign: Served as the strategic lead in developing and executing the high-profile “Get Seen, Get Sorted” multimedia advertising campaign. Conducted in direct partnership with the England RFU, this included managing the primary film shoot on-site at Twickenham Stadium, coordinating national billboard placements, and driving massive cross-channel brand visibility.

Commercial Dentistry Pivot: Identified, negotiated, and deployed a targeted network of high-influence social media ambassadors to spearhead a sensitive brand marketing campaign, successfully easing consumer transition friction from NHS to private dental care.

National Health PR Execution: Coordinated the successful launch and execution of the nationwide “Mouth Cancer Action Month” PR and marketing initiative, seamlessly aligning messaging across both private and NHS dentistry networks to elevate public awareness and brand trust.

Corporate Modernisation & Internal Enablement

Denplan Channel Revitalisation: Overhauled and modernised Denplan's legacy social media presence, transforming stagnant digital channels into highly active, community-focused engagement hubs through structured content pipelines.

Scalable Internal Upskilling: Founded and hosted an ongoing series of social media "Lunch and Learns" and interactive corporate training sessions, personally upskilling over 200 internal stakeholders to democratise brand-aligned digital advocacy across the wider business.

Governance Working Groups: Established and chaired a dedicated internal social media working group, creating a standardised content framework that eliminated disjointed messaging and guaranteed 100% thematic and value-driven consistency.
