At Viewber, I led the modernisation of the brand’s digital communication infrastructure, architecting full-scope, national marketing strategies designed to scale audience reach and deepen customer engagement.

A core focus of my tenure was transforming how the business communicated with its audience; I planned and deployed a sophisticated, segmented marketing communication strategy driven by the daily optimisation of HubSpot and Mailchimp.

By designing automated workflows and targeted newsletter ecosystems, alongside orchestrating a centralised annual content calendar, I established a consistent, unified brand voice across all digital touchpoints.

My role balanced high-impact creative output with rigorous corporate governance. On the brand storytelling front, I expanded Viewber's content horizons by producing and editing diverse new media formats and publishing thought-leadership pieces via WordPress.

Commercially, I designed and executed national paid marketing campaigns that significantly expanded market share, while representing the company at high-level industry networking events in London.

To anchor these initiatives in clear business value, I translated raw marketing data into comprehensive annual performance reports, regularly presenting high-level strategic insights and ROI directly to the Board.
