My daily focus blended high-level strategy with deep operational execution, utilising an enterprise-level MarTech stack—including Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite, Social Pilot, and Sprout Social to architect, schedule, and optimise complex content ecosystems.
As a founder, my value proposition centred on driving tangible business growth and establishing rigorous operational pipelines. I designed and audited client paid social frameworks, executing targeted lead-generation campaigns, high-impact competitions, and email marketing funnels that consistently acquired new members and customers.
To scale the agency's output, I established a robust supply chain of talent, writing high-converting copy while managing and delegating creative tasks to a network of freelance video editors, graphic designers, and multimedia subcontractors. Commercially accountable, I implemented custom KPI frameworks and delivered granular monthly analytical reports to prove true ROI.
