In this multifaceted role, a cornerstone of my time was delivering specialised marketing planning, training, and growth consulting directly to dental practice owners and managers, alongside architecting bespoke marketing blueprints for a diverse range of businesses.

I spearheaded the development, creation, and implementation of comprehensive company rebranding documentation, translating abstract corporate identity into actionable, multi-channel brand guidelines across all internal and external digital ecosystems.

On the delivery side, I functioned as a highly organised creative producer and project manager. I routinely collaborated with both in-house teams and external creative agencies to bring complex campaigns to life, consistently meeting tight deadlines and optimising budgets.

My technical and logistical capabilities extended into modern multimedia and traditional print production by serving as the end-to-end technical producer for podcast content, handling equipment configuration, sound engineering, and post-production editing, while simultaneously managing print procurement, artwork proofing, fast-moving inventory stock, and its associated cost-centre budgets.

Crucially, operating within a highly regulated sector, I had to quickly establish myself as a gatekeeper for quality and compliance. I authored and proofread technically complex, regulated content to ensure it met an exceptional standard of accuracy and to mitigate corporate risk. I managed deep stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organisation to guide assets through strict legal and compliance approval loops.

Recognising inefficiencies in the creative pipeline, I proactively designed and deployed advanced internal version control processes and asset management techniques that significantly streamlined the workflow from concept to sign-off.

Enterprise-Scale Rebranding & Operations

700-Asset Enterprise Rebrand: Orchestrated and executed the monumental top-to-bottom rebranding of all 700 distinct pieces of Denplan content and B2B literature. Through meticulous workflow mapping and agency coordination, the entire portfolio was delivered both under budget and ahead of schedule without a single disruption to B2B operations.

Literature Review Transformation: Revolutionised the company’s outdated brand and marketing literature review pipelines. By engineering and deploying advanced version-control processes, this structural overhaul drastically reduced production bottlenecks, mitigated legal compliance risks, and streamlined stakeholder sign-offs.

Rapid Materials Prototyping: Pioneered an agile prototyping framework for physical and digital Denplan marketing collateral, allowing stakeholders to review, test, and refine high-quality material mockups in real-time before moving into full-scale print production.

Digital Media Innovation

The Denplan Podcast Launch: Conceived, engineered, and launched the first-ever Denplan audio broadcasting channel from scratch. Operating as the end-to-end technical producer, sound engineer, and editor, I scaled the platform to consistently secure over 1,000 highly targeted downloads per week, establishing a powerful new thought-leadership channel for the brand.
